Integrated High Current Power SMD Inductor coil PHS Series   Product Description Fullstar High Current SMD Power Inductor has a low resistance and inductance from 1H to 1,200uH. Its magnetic shielded surface is designed for easy mounting onto PCB boards. The low profile and shielded design is very effective in space-conscious applications. Its low resistance ensures minimum power loss.

High Current Power SMD Inductor Reliability Test
Storage Temperature:	-40℃~85℃
Operating Temperature Range:	-40℃~+125℃ (Contain Heating Coil)
External Appearance:	No external defects can be found in the visual inspection.
Terminal Strength:	Fixed inductors,one end of the electrode with 0.45kg pulling force, guide needle does not fall off.The product-side pole has no significant damage. Low insulating resistance.
Insulation Resistance:	The insulation resistance should be over 1000mω when d.c.100v is applied to the winding-core. Meanwhile no structure and electric defects should be found for 1 minute.
Humidity Test:	Inductance deviation is within ±10.0% and no structure and electric defects can be found after 96±2hours test under the conditionof relative humidity of 90~95% and temperature of 40±5℃. And 1 hour storage under room ambient conditions after the device is wiped with dry cloth.
Vibration Test:	Inductance deviation is within ±10.0% after 1 hour sweeping vibration in each three directions. Namely, frequency is10~55hz andthe amplitude of 1minute cycle is 1.5mm.
